The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) launched a "Green rating scheme for Industries in Rajasthan" with an aspiration to have a "Better Environment, Better Tomorrow." It aims to enhance and motivate the environmental performance of companies in Rajasthan for global credibility in addition to resource conservation. Companies can voluntarily opt for it and be evaluated on performance parameters such as Energy Efficiency, Water Conservation, Renewable energy, Green House Gas mitigation, and Waste management.
